Anshinritsumei (安心立命), literally meaning "enlightenment" or "spiritual-peace" in Japanese, was rendered in the Holy Writ as "the little fire," the lesser touch of God's spirit.
It was described as the maximum form of devine enlightenment of which mortal men were capable, while surgoi kasai, the "great fire", was reserved for angels and archangels. (OAR)
