Anton Sugawara was a citizen of the Terran Federation, scientist, and politician.
Biography[]
In 2367 CE, following the discovery of the remnants of the Alphane civilization, Sugawara led a minority of scientists that believed the evidence indicated the Alphane's destruction was the result of an external force.
In 2370 CE, Sugawara was quietly named the first cabinet-level Navy Minister of the Terran Federation when the expansion of the Terran Federation Navy was even more quietly but enormously accelerated. (TFT)
