Constable of Hairatha was an honorable title held by the Dukes of Tirian, making the holder the military commander of Hairatha, the strongest fortress on Tirian Island and an important naval base of the Kingdom of Charis. Traditionally, the Constable was also considered the senior Charisian military officer after the High Admiral.
