The Earldom of Coris was a Corisandian patent of nobility that made its holder the ruler of an area on the outmost east of Corisande Island, on the coast of Coris Strait, just north of the Barony of Dairwyn.
As of the Year of God 892, the holder of the title was Lord Phylyp Ahzgood, spymaster of Prince Hektor, who had received it after the previous holder was executed for his involvement in an assassination on Hektor. (OAR)
