The Hildermoss Mountains were a chain of mountains located within the Republic of Siddarmark.

The Hildermoss Mountains straddled most of the border between Hildermoss, and Westmarch Province. To the South of it lay the Gray Wall Mountains, and flowing northwards from the mountain chain was the Hildermoss River. (Map)
