Horys Braishair was a Charisian citizen and an officer of the Imperial Charisian Navy.
Holding the rank of Captain, he served as the commanding officer of HMS Rock Point. After his vessel struck its colors, he was taken a prisoner of war along with the crew of HMS Dancer. (HFAF)
