The monarch (commonly a Prince) of the Princedom of Corisande and, for a time, the League of Corisande, was the secular leader of the Corisandian state, its senior representative as well as the commander-in-chief of its military. As a corollary, the monarch often held the dual title of both Prince of Corisande and Duke of Manchyr.

In the late 9th Century of God the House of Daykyn ruled over the Princedom and the League until the Charisian invasion of 893 brought an end to the League and incorporated its realms into the Empire of Charis. (OAR, BHD)

The League then ceased to exist, but Prince Daivyn Daykyn was allowed to claim his father's throne before swearing fealty to the Charisian crown. (LAMA)
