Phylyp's Letter was a document composed by Sir Phylyp Ahzgood, and sent to the Regency Council detailing the events leading up to the capture of Prince Daivyn Daykyn.

It was quite explicite in its details of Church manipulation and Charisian heroics.  Much of the letter's contents were viewed by the Regency Council as too powerful to be shared with the general public. (MTAT)
