Rahnald Mahrak was a Charisian citizen and an officer of the Royal Charisian Navy.
Holding the rank of Lieutenant, he served as executive officer of the war galley HMS Royal Charis, King Haarahld VII's flagship during the Battle of Darcos Sound. (OAR)
