The Royal College of Charis was an institute of learning that was in this form unique in the world of Safehold in the late 9th Century of God.
It was located in the capital city of Tellesberg. Dr. Rahzhyr Mahklyn served as its dean around the Year of God 890. (OAR)
The college building and the surrounding block burned down in July of the Year of God 892 after the Temple Loyalists set fire to it. New permanent rooms for studies as well as quarters for the leading staff and their families were made available in the Royal Palace of Tellesberg.
