Shang-mi was the capital city of the Empire of Harchong.
Located in the western regions of the Tiegelkamp Province on the shores of Beijing Bay at the mouth of the Chiang Jiang River, the city dated from the Day of Creation and served as the capital of the Empire until the serf rebellion in the Year of God 903 when the city was pillaged by the rebelling serfs, leading to the death of the Emperor, the destruction of the city, and the collapse of the Empire.
In the Year of God 913, the city was incorporated into the United Provinces. (TFT)
