Trai Sahlavahn was a Charisian citizen and an officer of the Imperial Charisian Army.
He was a cousin of Commander Urwyn Mahndrayn.
Holding the rank of Captain, he was the commanding officer of the Hairatha Mill detail. When his cousin came to him with a clerical error, Sahlavahn, who was in fact a Temple Loyalist, murdered him and shortly thereafter caused the destruction of several mills in a huge explosion. (HFAF)
