A writ of instruction was a document issued by a Grand Vicar of the Church of God Awaiting to the general public, in which a matter he considered relevant was adressed, as well as advise on correct behaviour was given.[1]

Grand Vicar Tomhys issued a writ called On Obedience and Faith about five hundred years before the Schism of the Churches. (BSRA)
