Yu-Shai was a coastal city in the Harchong Empire's Shwei Province.
It was located on the eastern coast of Shwei Bay. (AMF)
In the Year of God 892, Charisian privateer Ekohls Raynair used Yu-Shai as a convenient port to dispose of prize ships taken in the Gulf of Dohlar, Hankey Sound, and Silkiah Bay, allowing him to continue his operations without needing to sail his prizes all the way back to Charis. (BSRA)
