Zhowlin was a city of the Harchong Empire.
Located in the western region of the Tiegelkamp Province, Zhowlin was a satellite summer vacation city of the Imperial capital of Shang-mi and lay thirty miles southeast of the capital on the Shang-mi-Suwhan High Road. Its city walls were rudimentary, no more than decorative barriers, and the estates of the wealthy and modestly wealthy that surrounded it possessed no walls at all.
Shortly before the serf rebellion of 903 YOG, Baron Blue River's family were in Zhowlin visiting his wife's parents when Runzheng Zhou, Baron of Rising Star, advised him to send them west to Boisseau Province amid rising tensions. (TFT)
